Oh, Snapp!

Still playing around with the Tesla app, tracking our solar energy production and usage. We can see a broad summary of our weekly usage (and monthly too, but that picture was blurry and we've only had the system running for 3 days.)

The daily power ratio is interesting too. Yesterday's (Monday's) is on the left and today's is on the right.

Monday's power ratio
Today's power ratio, so far
Since today's snapshot was taken at 9:40 am, it makes sense that most of our power so far (from midnight on) would be from the PowerWall.

Yesterday's dryer experiment ended up looking like this on the graphs:

The Grid might have been called on to supply a bit of power a couple of times. Without The Grid, I wonder if we would've experienced a brown-out condition (flickering or dimming lights), or it the dryer wouldn't have heated up as much as it should have? Stay tuned!

Today started out quite overcast,
but there was still enough power being generated through the clouds to meet our needs and recharge the PowerWall.
